Tilly & Primrose Market (Ilkley)

In this workshop you will learn about how to create your own terrarium. We'll take you through a step by step process showing you the basics and explaining the purpose of each step. All plants, tools and materials are provided. You'll be able to take away your own terrarium at the end of the session. 

What you will learn: 

- Basic understanding & functions of a terrarium

- Creating a soil mix 

- How to prep your plants

- Planning & preparations    

- Design techniques

- Care & maintenance

We encourage questions during the session so please feel free to ask.

What's included:

You'll be given a glass container to create your own terrarium, which you can take away at the end of the workshop. All tools, materials and a selection of plants are supplied in the workshop, so you just need to bring yourself and a smile. 

Start time: 

10.30am until 11.30am, lasting approximately 1 hour.

(Please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier to avoid delaying the workshop)
